Gore produced an outstanding original scratchboard etching masterpiece . . .

"Retrieve"
Hundreds of field sketches were produced for accuracy of
detail, composition, mood and motion. An exact pencil drawing was done on
the Scratchboard and blacked in solid. Then, Mr. Gore patiently etched the
ink away . . . one-scratch-at-a-time. It took Mr. Gore three to six
months, working ten hours per day, to produce an Original Scratchboard Etching
Masterpiece.
The manufacturers discontinued production of the
Scratchboard product in 1980 . . . the advent of computers made that
product obsolete . . . a by-gone era . . . making Mr. Gore's Wildlife
Etching Masterpieces, that were
produced twenty-five (25) to thirty-five (35)
years ago, much more valuable to their owners.
These outstanding etchings are held by some of the most
prominent families and knowledgeable collectors. These reduced and
distorted internet images
do not do the etchings justice and are not a good representation of these
magnificent works of art . . . you must view the actual prints to appreciate the fine craftsmanship
that is incredible.
